Haat in London
A two-day event organized
at Trafalgar Square in association with the Delhi Government.
Seher presented Manipuri by Priti Patel & Troupe and
traditional Odissi by Madhavi Mudgal & Troupe whereas
the contemporary band Indian Ocean
gave a thrilling performance wherein Garba Raas
dancers from Gurjat added the folk element.
This also included a special demonstration
for the House of Lords, the first time ever that
Indian culture had directly reached the house
of Parliament in England. This event in
London was a resounding success. |
